This men’s trapper ushanka is built for winter that stays. Combining dense beaver fur with a soft leather crown, it delivers full coverage across the forehead, ears, and neckline — without pressure or weight.
The leather crown is shaped from a central top panel running from the forehead to the back, joined by two side inserts along the temples. Together, they form a rounded upper dome that holds structure without stiffness. A sewn-in visor defines the front line, while the fur-covered earflaps tie under the chin or behind the head — keeping the ears covered, even in roller-style wear. The ties are made from black cotton, stitched in for silent strength.
Inside, the hat is finished with quilted black serge and breathable insulation that regulates warmth and moisture. A silk headband adjustment tape allows for subtle fit tuning — reducing slack without altering shape.
