This men’s trapper ushanka is made with Arctic marble fox — a fur known for its white base and silver guard hairs, creating a naturally marbled effect without dye. Long-haired and full-bodied, the fur provides both insulation and presence, pairing well with the clean, structured shape of this trapper hat.
The crown follows a traditional construction: a central panel running front to back, earflaps, and side elements that frame the head. The visor is integrated into the front line, and the back is finished with a fox fur strip for neck coverage. Earflaps can be tied under the chin for full wind protection or at the back for a more open look. Internal ties are made of matte black cotton and stitched securely on both sides.
Inside, the quilted serge lining and thermal padding regulate warmth and moisture. A silk ribbon adjuster allows for minor tightening to improve the fit without adding bulk.
