This women’s trapper ushanka is made from white Canadian raccoon fur — rare, long-haired, and visually striking. Unlike bleached fox or bright synthetic tones, this fur carries subtle variations of ivory, bone, and soft frost. It wraps the brow, inner flaps, and back neck in natural coverage, with just enough depth to break the line of snow.

The crown is shaped from natural leather: one central panel spans front to back, joined by curved inserts at the sides. A sewn-in visor sets the front structure. The earflaps can be tied behind the head, allowing the hat to open slightly while maintaining protection — a silhouette favored for calm cold and silent movement.

The lining is quilted serge with thermal insulation. Inside, a silk tape adjuster allows for minor size tuning. The result is a winter trapper with unique visual presence — light in tone, but made to endure distance, wind, and time.
